This home last sold on Feb. 7, 2000 for $121,054.

So far in September 2021, 158 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lisa B. Green has been registered to vote since 2010.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 8908 N.W. 53rd Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sampson Logan Green, 25, Ana Maria Pardo, 48, Jaime Alejandro Guzman, 44, and Lisa B. Green, 62.
