This home last sold on March 21, 2019 for $78,000.

So far in September 2021, 45 properties sold in Lauderdale Lakes.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Omar Emigdio Lopez, 86, was the only registered voter residing at 2861 Somerset Drive 301 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
