On Sept. 23, Martha Margarita and Pedro and Erick Fernandez purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 9511 Weldon Circle G211, Tamarac from Cafpi Alexander LLC for $135,000.

So far in September 2021, 153 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 9511 Weldon Circle G211 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lionel Brown, 88, and Kate Baird, 60.
