On Sept. 23, Kevin Patrick Rogers Jr. and Melissa Rogers purchased a home at 9144 S.W. 23rd St., Davie from Jeffrey B. and Patrizia Diamond for $340,000.

So far in September 2021, 146 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jeffrey B. Diamond has been registered to vote since 1990.

Diamond, 67, Joseph Gundy, 50, Roberta Yvonne Zaso-Diamond, 72, Jennifer Victoria Escobar, 43, Caroline Marcia Kiziah, 31, Murdale Flores, 73, Bonnie Rene Warschauer, 69, Noelle Elizabeth Flores-Smith, 34, and Minel Padron, 48.
