On Sept. 22, Ricardo Maristany and Karolina P Rincon sold their home at 3355 Lakeside Drive 31, Davie to Michael James Hensley II for $438,000.

So far in September 2021, 136 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ricardo A. Maristany has been registered to vote since 2001. Karolina P. Rincon has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
