On Sept. 22, Ann Marie Bywaters (revocable living trust) sold their 3.5 bedroom, three bathroom home at 3444 Spring Bluff Place 29, Lauderhill to Sherly Boursiquot and Jared Sebastien O'Connor for $284,000.

So far in September 2021, 153 properties sold in Lauderhill.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ann M. Bywaters (82) has been registered to vote since 1984.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
