This home last sold on April 23, 1999 for $388,348.50.

So far in September 2021, 109 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Leandro Mariano Gallo has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 2439 Deer Creek Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Franco Gallo, 20, Tomas Gallo, 23, Mariana Muniz Gallo, 47, Leandro Mariano Gallo, 57, and Marcelo Daniel Mana, 56.
