The last time this home sold was July 25, 2016. It last sold for $530,000.

So far in September 2021, 404 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Peter Joseph Murtha has been registered to vote since 1992. Brenda Anne Murtha has been registered to vote since 1994.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1200 N. Victoria Park Road 1200 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Molly Lynne Murtha, 24, Peter Joseph Murtha, 59, and Brenda Anne Murtha, 51.
