On Sept. 22, Hilda Maria Larralde and Eva Suzanne Taylor sold their home at 9507 N.W. 42nd St. 9-D, Sunrise to Robert John and Patricia Lynn Matus and Matus (revocable living trust) for $342,000.

So far in September 2021, 148 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eva S. Taylor has been registered to vote since 1990. Hilda M. Larralde has been registered to vote since 1990.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
