On Sept. 22, Cassio Faccin and Santuza Nunes sold their five bedroom, 6.1 bathroom home at 10231 Blue Palm St., Plantation to Rosito Pietro Vendruscolo and Franciele Lucia Saccon for $2,090,000.

So far in September 2021, 143 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Santuza MacIel Nunes has been registered to vote since 2013. Cassio Faccin has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
