The last time this home sold was March 13, 2012. It last sold for $174,000.

So far in September 2021, 83 properties sold in Oakland Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Louis Anthony Pokriefka has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1775 N.W. 40th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nicholas Theodore Anderson, 48, and Louis Anthony Pokriefka, 58.
