This home last sold on Feb. 26, 2004 for $145,000.

So far in September 2021, 404 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ashley Lauren Vinson (34) has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
