On Sept. 22, Edgar Anibal and Alexandra Margarita Pinzon purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 12001 N.W. 34th Place, Sunrise from Sheree A. Ramsey for $335,000.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 30, 2015. It last sold for $305,000.

So far in September 2021, 148 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 12001 N.W. 34th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kevin Jones, 42, and Angie Lilia Jones, 38.
