On Sept. 22, Karlene Kathryn Rybinski and John Benedict Scinta sold their home at 3133 S.W. 13th St. 1-2, Fort Lauderdale to Darian and Sandra Lizeth Jackson for $312,000.

So far in September 2021, 404 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3133 S.W. 13th St. 1-2 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alfredo Matias, 86, and Ellis Anthony Blake, 62.
