The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 2201 S.W. 97th Road, Davie was sold on Sept. 22 by Jeffry James Virus and Marina Orlovsaya-Vitus for $590,000. The buyer was Joshua Hernandez.

So far in September 2021, 136 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jeffry James Vitus has been registered to vote since 1998.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2201 S.W. 97th Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jeffry James Vitus, 67, Marina Orlovskaya-Vitus, 58, and Philip James Vitus, 24.
