On Sept. 21, Kervens Philibert and Sonthonax Pierre purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1811 N.W. 26th Ave., Fort Lauderdale from Armando Martinez Rodgriguez and Yesenia Martinez for $248,000.

This home last sold on June 5, 2019 for $181,000.

So far in September 2021, 377 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marsha Ann Marie Vickers, 46, was the only registered voter residing at 1811 N.W. 26th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
