On Sept. 21, Noel D Moss sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 7791 N.W. 40th St., Davie to Jesse C. Stokes and Leah K Cronkhite for $369,000.

So far in September 2021, 128 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Noel Denton Moss has been registered to vote since 1970.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7791 N.W. 40th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vallie Sue Vega, 22, Noel Denton Moss, 78, and Jennifer Lea Moss, 43.
