The one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 3750 Galt Ocean Drive 409, Fort Lauderdale was sold on Sept. 21 by Matteo Spatafora for $375,000. The buyer was Brad Clark.

This home last sold for $310,000 on Oct. 19, 2015.

So far in September 2021, 377 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Matteo Spatafora has been registered to vote since 1999.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3750 Galt Ocean Drive 409 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Matteo Spatafora, 59, and Neal Michael Gomberg, 67.
