On Sept. 21, Byron E Morales purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1568 N.W. 15th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale from James Grannel Jr. and Joyce Grannel for $293,000.

So far in September 2021, 377 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1568 N.W. 15th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Samantha R. Williams, 34, Joyce Grannell, 75, Monique Renee McIntosh, 28, and Ruthie M. Spikes, 58.
