On Sept. 21, Sebastian and Paola Bohorquez purchased a seven bedroom, five bathroom home at 354 Mallard Road, Weston from Frederick C. III and Tasha K. Ballard for $1,125,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 1, 2005 for $899,900.

So far in September 2021, 102 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Frederick Chears Ballard has been registered to vote since 2010. Tasha Kyzer Ballard has been registered to vote since 2010.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
