On Sept. 21, James J. Teaff and Emilia C Jerez sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 4413 W. Whitewater Ave., Weston to Jesus Izaguirre Carbonell and Miki Murata for $681,000.

This home last sold for $335,000 on March 27, 2009.

So far in September 2021, 102 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Christina Sandoe Klinteback, 43, was the only registered voter residing at 4413 W. Whitewater Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
