On Sept. 21, Sebastian Castro and Indira Rodriguez Prieto purchased a home at 2494 N.W. 98th Lane, Sunrise from Marc Shaw and Heather Fairs for $315,000.

So far in September 2021, 137 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 2494 N.W. 98th Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bruce S. Shaw, 76, Randy J. Lee, 62, and Heather G. Shaw, 52.
