On Sept. 21, Noura and Christian Rondon and Noura Maouchi purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1223 N.E. 12th Ave., Fort Lauderdale from Ashley Esquiagola and Anthony Esqutagola for $450,000.

This home last sold for $180,000 on April 2, 2013.

So far in September 2021, 377 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ashley Elizabeth Esquiagola (41) has been registered to vote since 2009.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
