This home last sold on Jan. 28, 2021 for $307,600.

So far in September 2021, 377 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Alfonso Soto, 55, was the only registered voter residing at 1406 N.E. 62nd St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
