On Sept. 20, Ucal Grant purchased a one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2984 N.W. 55th Ave. 2B, Lauderhill from Stonebridge Gardens Section Four Condominium Association Inc. for $65,000.

This home last sold for $60,000 on May 6, 2005.

So far in September 2021, 137 properties sold in Lauderhill.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ucal Hezekiah Grant has been registered to vote since 2017.
