On Sept. 20, Huyen B Luu purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 10180 N.W. 31st Court, Sunrise from Thao T Le and Huyen B Luu for $100,000.

So far in September 2021, 133 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Thao Thanh Le has been registered to vote since 2012. Huyen Bich Luu has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10180 N.W. 31st Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jose Cristobal Frago, 63, Thao Thanh Le, 47, and Huyen Bich Luu, 32.
