On Sept. 20, Brandon and Simona Rundquist and Simona Celesia sold their one bedroom, one bathroom home at 455 N.E. 16th Ave. 12, Fort Lauderdale to Gv Victoria Park LLC for $140,000.

This home last sold on Oct. 8, 2009 for $55,000.

So far in September 2021, 350 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Simona Helen Rundquist has been registered to vote since 2012. Brandon Charles Rundquist has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were eight registered voters residing at 455 N.E. 16th Ave. 12 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alex Michael McClain, 33, Sarah Anne Briggs, 35, Kelly Katherine Dechert, 30, Vladimir Stevanovic, 54, Karim Jabreel Shaw, 30, Simona Helen Rundquist, 43, Kerry Kinnon Saucier, 34, and Brandon Charles Rundquist, 41.
