On Sept. 20, Michael T. and Evangelina D. Butler sold their home at 3540 N.W. 117th Lane, Sunrise to Veronica Maria Barraza for $450,000.

So far in September 2021, 133 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael Thomas Butler has been registered to vote since 1998. Evangelina D. Butler has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
