On Sept. 20, Tonia Pfannenstiel purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4462 N.W. 92nd Terrace, Sunrise from Steve Winston and Emmanuella Severin and Severin-Emmanuella Hedge for $325,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 9, 2005 for $319,900.

So far in September 2021, 133 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Emmanuella Hedge has been registered to vote since 2006. Steve Winston Hedge has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
