On Sept. 20, Tamar and Sandy Jones purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3170 N.W. 66th St., Fort Lauderdale from Gerardo Leguisamo for $435,000.

The last time this home sold was March 19, 2013. It last sold for $195,000.

So far in September 2021, 350 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gerardo Leguisamo has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 3170 N.W. 66th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stephen Anthony Bruno, 83, Gerardo Leguisamo, 65, and Stephen Anthony Bruno, 42.
