On Sept. 20, Steve and Stacy Smith purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 222 S.E. 16th Ave., Fort Lauderdale from Samuel D. Pearlman for $920,000.

This home last sold for $503,000 on Oct. 1, 2010.

So far in September 2021, 350 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 222 S.E. 16th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: James Henry Veiga, 54, and Deborah Marie Thiesfeldt, 49.
