This home last sold for $1,398,000 on July 15, 2019.

So far in September 2021, 350 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 3215 N.E. 38th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elena Alex Rozenbaum, 61, Valera Alex Rozenbaum, 53, Charles R. Annett, 76, Leticia M. Annett, 57, and Jeff Michael Annett, 52.
