On Sept. 20, Frederick Koch and Koch Elizabeth sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 777 Tanglewood Circle, Weston to Taglewood 777 LLC for $625,000.

So far in September 2021, 93 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Frederick Henry Koch has been registered to vote since 2002.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 777 Tanglewood Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rafael Andres De Leon, 49, Elizabeth Marie Koch, 41, Frederick Henry Koch, 44, and Sandra Lynne Briggs, 70.
