On Sept. 20, Lawrence G. Carpenter sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 4240 S.W. 11th St., Plantation to Jackie D Williams and Brandon J. Bradley for $350,000.

So far in September 2021, 131 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lawrence G. Carpenter has been registered to vote since 1976. Jackie Denice Williams has been registered to vote since 1995.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
