This home last sold on Sept. 6, 2019 for $300,000.

So far in September 2021, 131 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jessica Nicole Neham has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 568 N. University Drive 1704 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Venida Sherrod, 68, and Jessica Nicole Neham, 33.
