On Sept. 20, Richard Donald and Sofia Rogers sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 10471 N.W. 24th St., Sunrise to Mark Anthony and Jackeline Ortiz for $420,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 28, 2015 for $268,000.

So far in September 2021, 133 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Richard Rogers has been registered to vote since 2017. Sofia Rogers has been registered to vote since 2009.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were seven registered voters residing at 10471 N.W. 24th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary L. McInerney, 64, Patrick M. McInerney, 70, Brian Patrick McInerney, 40, Richard Rogers, 61, Shea Patrick McKennedy, 42, Sofia Rogers, 49, and Charilynn Susanne McKennedy, 39.
