On Sept. 20, Michelle N Lipkowitz sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1800 N. Victoria Park Road, Fort Lauderdale to Vitaly Pilyavsky and Lyubov Vayner for $640,200.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 24, 2009. It last sold for $219,000.

So far in September 2021, 350 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Joshua Andrew McClenny, 26, was the only registered voter residing at 1800 N. Victoria Park Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
