On Sept. 20, Samrat Singh and Shailee Tandon sold their five bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 11785 N.W. Second St., Plantation to Daniel and Michelle Baez for $690,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 16, 2010 for $430,000.

So far in September 2021, 131 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Shailee Tandon has been registered to vote since 2011. Samrat Singh Tandon has been registered to vote since 2011.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
