On Sept. 17, Gregory L. and Rachel D. Edlund purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 333 Sunset Drive 601, Fort Lauderdale from Robert J. Guttag 2006 (revocable trust) for $800,000.

So far in September 2021, 315 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 333 Sunset Drive 601 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mitchell I. Quain, 69, and Franklin Wallace Simon, 97.
