The one bedroom, one bathroom home at 2801 Somerset Drive 207, Lauderdale Lakes was sold on Sept. 17 by Steven Roy Price and Edward Joseph Mason for $65,000. The buyer was Sonia Edwards.

So far in September 2021, 34 properties sold in Lauderdale Lakes.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ruth Bressler, 92, was the only registered voter residing at 2801 Somerset Drive 207 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
