This home last sold for $315,900 on June 7, 2021.

So far in September 2021, 34 properties sold in Lauderdale Lakes.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Rashayla L. Mathis, 34, was the only registered voter residing at 3995 N.W. 37th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020.
