On Sept. 17, Galia Petrentzeva and Jerson R. Santos purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 567 Racquet Club Road 19, Weston from Samantha Santiago for $397,000.

This home last sold for $290,000 on Aug. 31, 2017.

So far in September 2021, 85 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Samantha Santiago has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 567 Racquet Club Road 19 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Samantha Santiago, 55, and Angelica Elena Santiago, 25.
