On Sept. 17, Marilyn and Peter Mendez purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1274 Waterview Court, Weston from Gregg and Leslie Cook for $725,000.

So far in September 2021, 85 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gregg Harrison Cook has been registered to vote since 1998. Leslie Ann Cook has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1274 Waterview Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Octavia C. Malinoski, 88, Gregg Harrison Cook, 62, Leslie Ann Cook, 61, and Morgan Ann Cook, 21.
