This home last sold on March 5, 2010 for $142,500.

So far in September 2021, 315 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1780 S.W. 22nd St. 1-3 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kenneth Charles Falck, 61, and Ricardo Gonzalez, 39.
