The last time this home sold was Nov. 2, 2017. It last sold for $315,000.

So far in September 2021, 315 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gerald Richard Roop has been registered to vote since 2017. Steven Jay Young has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 3200 Port Royale Drive 1608 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Abderrafii Achiba, 54, Gerald Richard Roop, 61, and Steven Jay Young, 75.
