On Sept. 16, David Potter and Darwin Lookingbill sold their two bedroom, three bathroom home at 120 N.E. 16th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale to Florida Investment Group 100 LLC for $910,000.

This home last sold on Jan. 30, 2009 for $370,000.

So far in September 2021, 286 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Laura MC Dowell Standley, 32, was the only registered voter residing at 120 N.E. 16th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020.
