On Sept. 16, Michael C. and Suzanne P. Zembko purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 16133 Emerald Estates Drive, Weston from Diane Della-Pietra (living trust) for $673,000.

So far in September 2021, 76 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Diane Marie Della-Pietra (74) has been registered to vote since 1990.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
