The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1825 S.W. 36th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale was sold on Sept. 16 by Christopher Charles Robison and Meghan Ann Robinson for $407,000. The buyers were Jamie and Kendra Howard.

This home last sold on Aug. 22, 2017 for $315,000.

So far in September 2021, 286 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Christopher Charles Robinson has been registered to vote since 2006. Meghan Ann Robinson has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1825 S.W. 36th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christopher Charles Robinson, 34, Meghan Ann Robinson, 32, and John K. Eglaus, 31.
