This home last sold on July 19, 2021 for $575,000.

So far in September 2021, 20 properties sold in Wilton Manors.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, David W. Simpson, 62, was the only registered voter residing at 1157 N.W. 30th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
