On Sept. 16, Santi Aversano sold their home at 1906 Andromeda Lane, Weston to Elizabeth Zuleta (restated revocable trust) for $415,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 15, 2007 for $299,000.

So far in September 2021, 76 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Santi C. Aversano (71) has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
